System bot docs

Every System bot command and dashboard page, explained in plain words.

Getting started

Set up the System bot in a few minutes. Do these steps in order.

  1. Invite the bot to the right server

Invite the bot to the server your subscription is for. The bot only works in that server. In any other server it stays silent.

  2. Give the bot Administrator and move its role to the top

Give the bot's role the Administrator permission. Then, in Discord's Server Settings > Roles, drag the bot's role to the top of the list. The bot can only manage roles that are below its own role, so a low role means it can't ban, mute, prison or give roles to those members.

  3. Know the prefix

The default prefix is #, for example #ban. You can change it on the dashboard's Bot Settings page. Mentioning the bot also works as a prefix, for example @bot commands. This is handy if you forget the prefix.

  4. Know who the owners are

Owners can use every command, including owner-only ones like #settings and #protection. Owners are: the server owner, the subscription owner, and extra owners you add with #setowner @member. See them with #owners.

  5. Open the VIP panel

Type @bot vip (or #vip) to open the VIP panel. From there an owner can change the bot's name, avatar, banner, activity, status, prefix and embed colour, add or remove owners, or restart the bot.

  6. See all commands

Type #commands to see the full command list.

  7. Choose who can use moderation commands

Moderation commands work for members on that command's allow list, and for members with Administrator. Type #allow @member or #allow @role, then pick the commands from the menu. Remove with #deny and view the list with #list. You can also set allowed users and roles per command on the dashboard's Bot Commands page.

  8. Save your dashboard changes

Most bot settings are also on the dashboard. When you change something, a bar shows You have unsaved changes. Press Save or nothing is applied.

Commands

The default prefix is #. If your server uses a different prefix, type that instead.

  • #adminlist

Who can use it: Allow list

Lists every member who has a moderation permission in the server.

    Usage
    #adminlist
    Example
    #adminlist

Counts anyone with Administrator, Kick, Ban, Manage Channels, Manage Messages, Mute, Deafen, Move Members or View Audit Log, including bots. Each member is shown with their ID.

  • #check

Shows how many members have a role and lists them.

    Usage
    #check <@role | role name | role ID>
    Example
    #check @Staff

You can mention the role, type its exact name, or paste its ID.

  • #checkvc

Who can use it: Allow list

Lists a role's members and shows which of them are in a voice channel right now.

    Usage
    #checkvc <@role | role name | role ID>
    Example
    #checkvc @Staff

Shows the total members, how many are in voice, and marks members in voice with 🔊.

  • #rooms

    Also works asرومات
Who can use it: Allow list

Shows staff members who are online but not in any voice channel.

    Usage
    #rooms [all | off | list | set <@role>]
    Example
    #rooms all

all lists every online staff member grouped by role (🟢 in voice, 🔴 not in voice), off does the same including offline members, list shows the roles being checked, and set @role adds or removes a role from that list. If no roles are set, the bot checks roles that have the Deafen Members permission.

  • #mypenalties

    Also works asعقوباتيعقوبات
Who can use it: Allow list

Shows a member's past penalty counts and any active prison, text mute or voice mute.

    Usage
    #mypenalties [@member | ID] [number | +number | -number]
    Example
    #mypenalties @Ahmed

Without a member it shows your own penalties. Members with the Administrator permission can add a number (5, +2, -1) to set, add or remove counts; a menu then asks which type (prison, text mute, voice mute) and stays open for 30 seconds.

  • #mymute

    Also works asاسكاتي
Who can use it: Allow list

Shows the details of a member's current text mute: who gave it, the reason and when it ends.

    Usage
    #mymute [@member | ID]
    Example
    #mymute @Ahmed

Without a member it shows your own. If the mute came from the anti-spam system it shows "Anti Spam" as the giver.

  • #myprison

    Also works asسجني
Who can use it: Allow list

Shows the details of a member's current prison: who gave it, the reason and when it ends.

    Usage

    Example
    #myprison @Ahmed

Without a member it shows your own.

  • #myvmute

Shows the details of a member's current voice mute: who gave it, the reason and when it ends.

    Usage
    #myvmute [@member | ID]
    Example
    #myvmute @Ahmed

Without a member it shows your own.

  • #penalties

    Also works asعقوبات
Who can use it: Allow list

Changes how many past prisons, text mutes or voice mutes are counted on a member.

    Usage
    #penalties <@member | ID> <number | +number | -number>
    Example
    #penalties @Ahmed +2

+2 adds, -1 removes, and a plain number sets the count. A menu asks which penalty type to change and stays open for 30 seconds. This only edits the counters; it does not punish or release the member.

  • #records

    Also works asسجلات
Who can use it: Allow list

Shows a member's full penalty history: every blacklist, prison, text mute and voice mute with who gave it, the reason and the date.

    Usage
    #records <@member | ID> [record ID]
    Example
    #records @Ahmed

The top of the list shows totals for each type. Members with the Administrator permission can delete one record by adding its number, for example #records @Ahmed 12-3456.

Heads up: Deleting a record cannot be undone.

  • #ban

    Also works asباند
Who can use it: Allow list

Bans a member from the server, even if they already left (by ID).

    Usage
    #ban <@member | ID> [reason]
    Example
    #ban @Ahmed spam links

If you set preset reasons with #resons or the dashboard Commands page, a reason menu appears instead of typing one; it closes after 15 seconds. The ban also deletes the member's messages from the last 7 days and is saved to the logs and the member's records.

Heads up: You cannot ban someone with a role equal to or higher than yours, and the bot needs the Ban Members permission.

  • #black

Who can use it: Allow list

Puts a member on the blacklist: gives them the blacklist role, hides the server from them and kicks them out of voice.

    Usage
    #black <@member | ID>
    Example
    #black @Ahmed

A reason menu appears and closes after 15 seconds. Default reasons are repeated penalties (3 days) and slander (1 week); you can replace them with your own reasons and durations using #resons or the dashboard Commands page. The role is removed automatically when the time ends.

  • #block

    Also works asبلوك
Who can use it: Allow list

Takes a specific role away from a member for a set time, then gives it back.

    Usage
    #block <@member | ID>
    Example
    #block @Ahmed

Each reason is linked to a role and a duration, set with #resons or the dashboard Commands page. A reason menu appears and closes after 15 seconds. If no block reasons are set up, the command does nothing.

  • #clear

    Also works asمسح
Who can use it: Allow list

Deletes recent messages in the current channel.

    Usage
    #clear [1-100 | @member]
    Example
    #clear 50

Without a number it deletes the last 100 messages. Mention a member to delete only their messages from the last 100. Messages older than 14 days are skipped, and a text copy of the deleted messages is sent to the clear log channel if one is set.

Heads up: Deleted messages cannot be restored.

  • #exemption

    Also works asاعفاء
Who can use it: Allow list

Opens a menu to lift a penalty from a member: prison, text mute or voice mute.

    Usage
    #exemption <@member | ID>
    Example
    #exemption @Ahmed

The menu only shows the types you are allowed to lift and stays open for 30 seconds. Picking one runs #unprison, #unmute or #unvmute for that member.

  • #kick

    Also works asكيك
Who can use it: Allow list

Kicks a member out of the server; they can rejoin with an invite.

    Usage
    #kick <@member | ID> [reason]
    Example

    Example
    #move @Ahmed

#move @Ahmed pulls one member to you, #move General pulls everyone from that channel to you, and #move @Ahmed @Sara moves Ahmed into Sara's channel. If the member's role is higher than yours, they get Accept/Decline buttons for 30 seconds, unless the server has turned that off.

  • #moveme

    Also works asgo toودني
Who can use it: Allow list

Moves you to another voice channel, or to the channel a member is in.

    Usage
    #moveme <voice channel | channel ID | @member>
    Example
    #moveme @Ahmed

You must already be in voice and be allowed to see and join the target channel. Full channels are blocked unless you have the Move Members permission.

  • #mute

    Also works asاسكتاسكات
Who can use it: Allow list

Gives a member a text mute (اسكات) so they can't type in the server, for the time tied to the reason you pick.

    Usage
    #mute <@member | ID>
    Example
    #mute @Ahmed

A reason menu appears and closes after 15 seconds. Default reasons are 10m, 2h, 3h, 5h or permanent; you can replace them with your own reasons and durations (like 10m, 1h, 1d) using #resons or the dashboard Commands page. The bot uses the mute role (or creates one named "muted") and removes it when the time ends.

  • #prison

    Also works asسجنjail
Who can use it: Allow list

Sends a member to prison: removes their roles, gives them the prison role and kicks them out of voice until the time ends.

    Usage
    #prison <@member | ID>
    Example
    #prison @Ahmed

A reason menu appears and closes after 15 seconds. Default reasons are 3 days, 1 week or permanent; you can replace them with your own using #resons or the dashboard Commands page. When the prison ends or is lifted, the member gets their old roles back.

    Example
    #vmute @Ahmed

A reason menu appears and closes after 15 seconds. Default reasons are 10m, 2h or 5h; you can replace them with your own using #resons or the dashboard Commands page. If the member leaves and rejoins voice, the mute is applied again until it ends.

    Example
    #reset @Ahmed

The menu stays open for 2 minutes. After you pick an option, a Yes/No confirmation appears and times out after 15 seconds. Choosing prison, text mute or voice mute also lifts those active penalties.

Protection18

Stop raids and keep the server safe.

  • #wanti

Who can use it: Owners only

    Example
    #createlimit 3

    Example
    #trustuser @Ahmed

Run it again on the same member to remove them. ✅ means added, ☑️ means removed.

    Example
    #antijoin time 7d

Words: on / فعل, off / عطل, time / وقت. The duration is a number with s, m, h or d, like 7d or 12h (default 1 day). Setting a time also turns the protection on. The action (prison by default) is set with #setrjoin.

Roles14

Give, remove and manage roles.

  • #wmessage

Who can use it: Allow list

Welcomes a member with a saved message and image and gives them a temporary role for 10 minutes.

    Usage
    #wmessage <@member | ID> | #wmessage setrole <@role | ID> | #wmessage setmsg <text> [image]
    Example
    #wmessage @Ahmed

The bot owner sets it up first: #wmessage setrole picks the role, and #wmessage setmsg saves the text and/or an attached image. Then #wmessage @member replies with a mention of the member plus the saved message, gives the role, and removes it after 10 minutes. #wmessage help shows the setup commands. The bot's role must be above the temporary role.

  • #role

    Also works asرول
Who can use it: Allow list

    Usage
    #role <@member | ID> <@role | role ID | role name>
    Example
    #role @Ahmed VIP

You can write the start of the role name instead of mentioning it. To change several roles at once, separate them with commas and no spaces (#role @Ahmed VIP,Pic). You can't edit a member or a role higher than your own top role, and the bot's role must be above the role.

  • #rolemulti

Who can use it: Allow list

Adds a role to every member of the server in one go.

    Usage
    #rolemulti <@role | role ID | role name>
    Example
    #rolemulti @Members

After the command, pick who gets it (Everyone, Humans or Bots), then choose Add. Each menu waits 30 seconds. The role must be below your top role and below the bot's role.

Heads up: This changes every member it picks, one member at a time, so on big servers it can take a long time to finish. Double-check the role before you confirm.

  • #myrole

    Also works asرولي
    Who can use it: Everyone

Opens a menu to manage your own special role.

    Usage
    #myrole

Heads up: Choosing Delete removes your special role right away, with no confirmation.

  • #dsrole

Who can use it: Allow list

    Deletes a member's special role.

    Usage
    #dsrole <@member | ID>
    Example

    Usage
    #srole <@member | ID> <role name>
    Example
    #srole @Ahmed Ahmed's Crew

The member can then edit it with #myrole. The new role has no extra permissions. Each member has one special role, so using #srole again on the same member deletes their old one and makes a new one.

  • #addrole

Who can use it: Allow list

Creates a new role with the name you write.

    Usage
    #addrole <role name>
    Example
    #addrole Event Winners

The role is created with no extra permissions. The bot reacts with ✅ and posts it in the roles log if you set one.

  • #autorole

    Also works asرول تلقائي
Who can use it: Allow list

Sets the role the bot gives to every new member who joins.

    Usage
    #autorole <@role | role ID | role name>
    Example
    #autorole @Members

Run it again with the same role to turn it off. Only one role can be set this way; the dashboard Auto-roles page does the same thing. The bot's role must be above this role.

  • #here

    Also works asهير
Who can use it: Allow list

Gives the member the server's "here" role, or takes it away if they already have it.

    Usage
    #here <@member | ID>
    Example
    #here @Ahmed

The role must be set first by the bot owner with #setrole. You can't use it on a member above you, and the bot's role must be above the here role.

  • #live

    Also works asكاملايف
Who can use it: Allow list

Gives the member the server's live (streaming/camera) role, or takes it away if they already have it.

    Usage
    #live <@member | ID>
    Example
    #live @Ahmed

The role must be set first by the bot owner with #setrole. You can't use it on a member above you, and the bot's role must be above the live role.

  • #pic

    Also works asصور
Who can use it: Allow list

Gives the member the server's pictures role, or takes it away if they already have it.

    Usage
    #pic <@member | ID>
    Example
    #pic @Ahmed

The role must be set first by the bot owner with #setrole. You can't use it on a member above you, and the bot's role must be above the pic role.

  • #reactrole

    Also works asrrole
Who can use it: Allow list

Links an emoji on a message to a role, so members get the role by reacting.

    Usage
    #reactrole <#channel> <message ID> <emoji> <@role> | #reactrole remove <message ID> <emoji>
    Example
    #reactrole #roles 1234567890123456789 🤍 @Girls

The easiest way is the dashboard Reaction roles page. With the command, the bot adds the emoji to the message for you; to delete one, use #reactrole remove with the same message ID and emoji. The bot needs Manage Roles and Add Reactions, and its role must be above the role.

  • #irole

    Also works assetroleimgricon
Who can use it: Allow list

Sets or changes a role's icon using an image, an image link or a custom emoji.

    Usage
    #irole <@role | role ID> [image | image link | emoji | none]
    Example
    #irole @VIP 👑

Attach the image to the command message or put a link or emoji after the role. Write none (or nothing) to remove the icon. Role icons need the server to have Boost level 2, and the role must be below your top role and the bot's role.

  • #unnew

Who can use it: Allow list

Removes the new-account role from a member.

    Usage
    #unnew <@member | ID>
    Example
    #unnew @Ahmed

This is the role the fake-account protection gives to new accounts when its action is set to give a role. If the member doesn't have it, the bot tells you. The bot's role must be above that role.

Colors4

Let members pick the colour of their name.

  • #color

    Also works asلون
Who can use it: Everyone (until restricted)

Changes your colour to the colour role with that number.

    Usage
    #color <number>
    Example
    #color 5

Colour roles are roles named with just a number (1, 2, 3...); use #colors to see them. Picking a colour removes your old one, and #color 0 removes your colour. The bot's role must be above the colour roles, and roles with admin-type permissions can't be taken.

  • #colors

    Also works asالوان
Who can use it: Everyone (until restricted)

Sends an image of all the server's colours with their numbers.

    Usage
    #colors
    Example
    #colors

The image shows every role named with a number (1, 2, 3...) in its colour, on the server's colours background if one is set. Members then pick one with #color. You can create the colour roles and background from #setcolors or the dashboard Colours page.

  • #mcolors

Who can use it: Everyone (until restricted)

Sends the colours image with a menu so members can pick their colour by clicking.

    Usage
    #mcolors
    Example
    #mcolors

The menu lists the colour roles by number, and 0 removes the colour. If "colours without numbers" is on in #setcolors, the menu uses the roles you linked to numbers there instead.

  • #setcolors

Who can use it: Owners only

    Opens the colours settings menu.

    Usage
    #setcolors
    Example
    #setcolors

From the menu you can set the colours background image, pick a colours channel that is cleared and gets a fresh colours image or menu every 3 minutes, turn on colours without numbers and link any role to a colour number (@role 1) with an optional emoji (@role 🟢). The menu stays open 2 minutes and each answer waits 60 seconds. The dashboard Colours page can set this up too.

Heads up: The colours channel is wiped automatically every 3 minutes, so only use a channel made just for colours.

Logs3

Choose where the bot posts what happens in your server.

  • #logs

    Also works assetlogs
Who can use it: Owners only

Picks which log types are sent to a channel you mention.

    Usage
    #logs <#channel | channel ID | channel name>
    Example
    #logs #mod-logs

A menu lists every log type; pick one or more within 30 seconds. Picking a log that already goes to that same channel turns it off.

  • #lremove

Who can use it: Owners only

Deletes every log channel the bot created, plus its log categories.

    Usage
    #lremove
    Example
    #lremove

It removes the "Fate Protection" and "Fate Logs" categories and every channel currently set as a log channel. There is no confirmation step.

Heads up: This deletes ALL log channels at once, with their message history, and cannot be undone. Any of your own channels that you set as a log channel are deleted too.

  • #lsetup

Who can use it: Owners only

Creates all the log channels for you, either short (grouped) or detailed (one per log).

    Usage
    #lsetup
    Example
    #lsetup

Press "short logs" or "detailed logs" within 30 seconds. New channels are hidden from @everyone.

Heads up: It first deletes your current log channels and the bot's log categories, then creates new ones.

Invites4

The server link and who invited the most members.

  • #myinv

    Also works asروابطيmylinkmyinvite
Who can use it: Everyone (until restricted)

Shows how many people you (or another member) invited.

    Usage
    #myinv [@member | ID]
    Example
    #myinv
  • #topinvite

    Also works asinvitestopinv
Who can use it: Everyone (until restricted)

Shows the top 10 members with the most invites.

    Usage
    #topinvite
    Example
    #topinvite

Points5

Add, remove and check member points.

  • #info

Who can use it: Allow list

Shows a staff member's moderation counts (prisons, text mutes, voice mutes given and removed) and their total points.

    Usage
    #info [@member | ID | top]
    Example
    #info @Ahmed

Without a member it shows your own. Use "top" to see the 10 staff with the most actions. Total points = prisons + text mutes + voice mutes given.

  • #apoint

    Also works asapoints
Who can use it: Allow list

Adds 1 point to a member.

    Usage
    #apoint <@member | ID>
    Example
    #apoint @Ahmed
  • #points

Who can use it: Everyone (until restricted)

Shows the server points leaderboard, a member's points, or (for admins) changes or resets points.

    Usage
    #points [@member | ID] [number | +number | -number] | #points reset [@member]
    Example
    #points @Ahmed +5

No arguments shows the leaderboard. A member alone shows their points. Admins can add (+5), remove (-5) or set (10) points, or use reset / تصفير on one member or, after a 15-second confirmation, on everyone.

Heads up: Changing or resetting points needs the Administrator permission. Resetting a member has no confirmation.

  • #rpoint

    Also works asrpoints
Who can use it: Allow list

Removes 1 point from a member.

    Usage
    #rpoint <@member | ID>
    Example
    #rpoint @Ahmed

    Points can go below zero.

  • #preset

Who can use it: Allow list

Resets the points of one member, or of everyone if no member is given.

    Usage
    #preset [@member | ID]
    Example
    #preset @Ahmed

Confirm with the buttons within 2 minutes.

Heads up: Without a member it wipes the points of every member in the server, and this cannot be undone.

Tasks2

Give tasks to your moderators.

  • #settask

Who can use it: Owners only

Sets up a staff task: pick a slot, give it a name, then mention the members responsible.

    Usage
    #settask
    Example
    #settask

There are 25 slots. Pick one within 30 seconds, then send the name and the mentions within 60 seconds each. Send "none" as the name to delete that task.

  • #task

Who can use it: Allow list

Shows the staff tasks and who is responsible for the one you pick.

    Usage
    #task
    Example
    #task

Pick a task from the menu within 30 seconds.

Channels23

Lock, hide and control chat channels.

  • #applay

    Also works asفعل
Who can use it: Allow list

Gives @everyone back the Mention @everyone and Attach Files permissions in this channel.

    Usage
    #applay
    Example
    #applay

"Mentions and pic" means the Mention @everyone, @here and All Roles permission plus Attach Files (pictures and files). The command sets both back to neutral (/) for @everyone, so the channel follows the category and server settings again. It works on the channel you type it in; it is the opposite of #disapplay.

  • #archive

    Also works asارشيف
Who can use it: Allow list

Moves the current channel into your archive category.

    Usage
    #archive
    Example
    #archive

Set the archive category first in the dashboard (Server settings → Archive). If no category is set, the bot replies asking you to set one. The move happens right away: there is no confirmation.

Heads up: No confirmation step. After the move the channel takes the archive category's permissions (they are synced), so people may lose or gain access.

  • #disapplay

    Also works asعطل
Who can use it: Allow list

Stops @everyone from sending pictures/files and from pinging @everyone, @here and roles in this channel.

    Usage
    #disapplay
    Example
    #disapplay

It denies the Mention @everyone, @here and All Roles and Attach Files permissions for @everyone in the channel you type it in. Normal member mentions still work. Use #applay to undo it. The bot needs Manage Channels.

  • #hide

    Also works asاخفاء
Who can use it: Allow list

    Hides a channel from @everyone.

    Usage
    #hide [#channel]
    Example
    #hide #staff-chat

It denies the View Channel permission for @everyone. Roles with their own View Channel allow still see it. Without a channel it hides the channel you type in. The bot needs Manage Channels.

  • #lock

    Also works asقفل
Who can use it: Allow list

Locks a text channel: @everyone can no longer send messages.

    Usage
    #lock [#channel]
    Example
    #lock #general

It denies the Send Messages permission for @everyone. Without a channel it locks the channel you type in. Roles that have their own Send Messages allow can still talk. The bot needs Manage Channels.

  • #slowmode

Who can use it: Allow list

Sets slowmode on the current channel, in seconds.

    Usage
    #slowmode <seconds>
    Example
    #slowmode 10

Type a number of seconds (Discord allows up to 21600, which is 6 hours). Use #slowmode 0 to turn it off. It always applies to the channel you type in.

  • #unhide

    Also works asاظهار
Who can use it: Allow list

Shows a hidden channel to @everyone again.

    Usage
    #unhide [#channel]
    Example
    #unhide #events

It sets View Channel to allowed (✓) for @everyone, not just neutral. Without a channel it uses the channel you type in.

Heads up: Because View Channel is set to allowed, everyone will see the channel even if its category is private.

  • #unlock

    Also works asفتح
Who can use it: Allow list

Unlocks a channel locked with #lock.

    Usage
    #unlock [#channel]
    Example
    #unlock #general

It sets Send Messages for @everyone back to neutral (/), so the channel follows the category and server settings. If @everyone is blocked from sending at category or server level, the channel stays locked. Without a channel it uses the channel you type in.

  • #callow

    Also works ascallow
Who can use it: Allow list

Removes a #cdeny block so the member can join that voice channel again.

    Usage
    #callow <@member | ID> [voice channel]
    Example
    #callow @Ahmed 123456789012345678

You can name the voice channel by mention, ID or exact name. If you leave it out and you are in a voice channel, your current voice channel is used. If the member was not blocked from that channel, the bot says so.

  • #cdeny

    Also works ascdeny
Who can use it: Allow list

Blocks a member from a voice channel: the bot kicks them out every time they join it.

    Usage
    #cdeny <@member | ID> [voice channel]
    Example
    #cdeny @Ahmed 123456789012345678

You can name the voice channel by mention, ID or exact name. If you leave it out and you are in a voice channel, your current voice channel is used. Undo it with #callow and see all blocks with #clist.

Heads up: If the member is in any voice channel when you run it, they are disconnected right away, even if it is a different channel.

  • #chide

Who can use it: Allow list

Hides a voice channel from one member and stops them joining it.

    Usage
    #chide <@member | ID> [voice channel]
    Example
    #chide @Ahmed 123456789012345678

You can name the voice channel by mention, ID or exact name. If you leave it out and you are in a voice channel, your current voice channel is used. It denies View Channel and Connect for that member on the channel and disconnects them if they are in voice. Undo it with #cunhide.

  • #clist

    Also works asclist
Who can use it: Allow list

Lists members blocked from voice channels with #cdeny.

    Usage
    #clist [voice channel]
    Example
    #clist

Without a channel it lists all blocks in the server; with a channel (mention, ID or name) it lists only that channel. Each line shows the channel, the member and who blocked them.

  • #cunhide

Who can use it: Allow list

Shows a voice channel again to a member hidden with #chide.

    Usage
    #cunhide <@member | ID> [voice channel]
    Example
    #cunhide @Ahmed 123456789012345678

You can name the voice channel by mention, ID or exact name. If you leave it out and you are in a voice channel, your current voice channel is used. It removes that member's own permission entry on the channel.

Heads up: This deletes every per-member permission that member had on the channel, not only the hide.

  • #setclear

Who can use it: Allow list

Auto clear: every few minutes the bot wipes the channel and posts your saved message again.

    Usage
    #setclear <#channel> <message | colors | colorsm> [attached image]
    Example
    #setclear #colors colors

About every 3 minutes the bot deletes up to 100 recent messages (younger than 14 days) and reposts your text and/or attached image. Use colors (or الوان) to repost the colour roles list, or colorsm for the colour menu. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

Heads up: Messages in that channel are deleted automatically. Do not use it on a chat channel you want to keep.

  • #unclear

    Also works asdclear
Who can use it: Allow list

Turns off auto clear for a channel.

    Usage
    #unclear <#channel>
    Example
    #unclear #colors

Removes the #setclear setting for that channel. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

  • #setline

    Also works asline
Who can use it: Allow list

Auto line: the bot posts a divider image after every message in the channel.

    Usage
    #setline <#channel> <image link | attached image>
    Example
#setline #general (attach the line image)

Attach the line image to the command or paste an image link after the channel. Sending a new line replaces the old one. The bot needs Attach Files. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

  • #unline

    Also works asdline
Who can use it: Allow list

Turns off the auto line for a channel.

    Usage
    #unline <#channel>
    Example
    #unline #general

Removes the #setline setting for that channel. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

  • #setreact

    Also works asreact
Who can use it: Allow list

Auto react: the bot adds your emojis to every message in the channel.

    Usage
    #setreact <#channel> <emoji> [emoji ...]
    Example
    #setreact #suggestions 👍 👎

Put a space between emojis. Running it again replaces the old emoji list. The bot needs Add Reactions, and server emojis must be from a server the bot is in. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

  • #unreact

    Also works asdreact
Who can use it: Allow list

Turns off auto react for a channel.

    Usage
    #unreact <#channel>
    Example
    #unreact #suggestions

Removes the #setreact emojis for that channel. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

  • #setpcolor

Who can use it: Allow list

Sets the embed colour used by #setpic picture channels.

    Usage
    #setpcolor <#hex colour>
    Example
    #setpcolor #ff0000

The colour must start with # (for example #5865f2). One colour applies to all picture channels in the server.

  • #setpic

Who can use it: Allow list

Makes a pictures channel: the bot reposts every image or video as a neat embed and deletes the original.

    Usage
    #setpic <#channel> [attached line image]
    Example
    #setpic #photos

Each embed shows "By @member". If you attach an image to the command, the bot posts it as a line after each picture. Text-only messages are left alone. Set the embed colour with #setpcolor. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

Heads up: Members' original messages with pictures are deleted after the bot reposts them.

  • #unpic

Who can use it: Allow list

Turns off the pictures embed for a channel.

    Usage
    #unpic <#channel>
    Example
    #unpic #photos

Removes the #setpic setting and its line for that channel. You can set the same thing on the dashboard Auto-control page.

  • #say

Who can use it: Allow list

Makes the bot send your message in a channel.

    Usage
    #say <#channel | channel ID> <message | attached file>
    Example
    #say #news Event starts at 9 PM!

Write the text after the channel, attach one file, or both. The bot reacts ✅ when sent and ❌ if it could not send (for example missing permissions in that channel).

Settings23

Server settings, the allow list and command options.

  • #addemoji

    Also works asaemojiايموجي
Who can use it: Allow list

Copies one or more custom emojis into your server.

    Usage
    #addemoji <emoji> [emoji ...]
    Example
    #addemoji

Paste the custom emojis after the command, separated by spaces. The bot needs the Manage Emojis and Stickers permission and reacts with ✅ when done.

  • #sticker

Who can use it: Allow list

Adds a new sticker to your server.

    Usage
    #sticker <name> [emoji]
    Example
    #sticker welcome 👋

After the command, send a sticker or an image within 60 seconds. The emoji is optional (default: smile). The bot needs the Manage Emojis and Stickers permission.

  • #settings

    Also works asاعدادات
Who can use it: Owners only

Opens the server settings menu, where you turn features on or off.

    Usage
    #settings
    Example
    #settings

Options: auto reply, only the giver can lift a punishment, move members without asking, voice chat clearing (on/off, how often, and which categories), channels allowed to post Tell links, and image-only channels. For chat clearing, turn it on, set the time (like 30m or 2h, default 2h), then add a category: the bot clears the text chat of every voice channel in that category on that schedule. The menu stays open for 2 minutes, and each reply you type has 60 seconds.

Heads up: Chat clearing deletes messages for good. Only messages newer than 14 days are cleared, and the time can be up to 2 days.

  • #allow

    Also works asاضافة
Who can use it: Owners only

Lets roles or members use the commands you pick.

    Usage
    #allow <@role | @member | ID> [more ...]
    Example
    #allow @Mods @Ahmed

Mention one or more roles or members, then pick one or more command groups from the menu within 30 seconds. Members with Administrator can always use allow-list commands.

  • #deny

    Also works asازالة
Who can use it: Owners only

Removes roles or members from the commands you pick.

    Usage
    #deny <@role | @member | ID> [more ...]
    Example
    #deny @Mods

Mention one or more roles or members, then pick the command groups within 30 seconds. ☑️ means removed, ❌ means they were not on that list. Members with Administrator can still use them.

  • #list

    Also works asقائمةقائمه
Who can use it: Owners only

Shows which roles and members are allowed to use each command.

    Usage
    #list [@role | @member | ID]
    Example
    #list @Mods

Add a role or member to see only their permissions. Without a filter it also shows which protections are on.

  • #blackchat

    Also works asblacklist
Who can use it: Owners only

Picks a channel where the bot posts a notice for each punishment type.

    Usage
    #blackchat <#channel | ID>
    Example
    #blackchat #punishments

Pick one or more types within 30 seconds: ban, prison, blacklist, block, mute, voice mute, warn, or new accounts. Running it again with the same channel removes it. Attach an image to use it as the separator line under each post.

  • #cmd

    Also works asاوامر
Who can use it: Owners only

Opens a settings menu for one command.

    Usage
    #cmd <command>
    Example
    #cmd ban

You can turn the command on or off, limit it to allowed channels, auto-delete the bot's reply after 5 seconds, add or remove shortcuts (a word that runs the command without the prefix), add or remove allowed channels, add or remove allowed roles or members, or switch to another command. The menu stays open for 5 minutes, and each reply you type has 60 seconds.

Heads up: A turned-off command stops working for everyone, owners included, until you turn it back on.

  • #resons

    Also works asاسباب
Who can use it: Owners only

Sets ready-made reasons (and durations) for punishment commands.

    Usage
    #resons
    Example
    #resons

Pick the type (ban, prison, blacklist, block, mute, voice mute, warn), then a slot from 1 to 25, then type the reason. Most types also ask for a time like 1m, 1h or 1d (0 = no limit, max 24 days); block also asks for a role. Type none to delete a reason.

  • #setbanmsg

Who can use it: Owners only

Sets the message the bot sends when a member is banned.

    Usage
    #setbanmsg <message | none>
    Example
    #setbanmsg [member] is banned, bye!

You can use [member], [membertag] and [membername] in the text. Type none to go back to the default reaction.

  • #setchannel

    Also works assetchannels
Who can use it: Owners only

Sets the channels the bot uses for prison, blacklist, new accounts, mute, groups and archive.

    Usage
    #setchannel [#channel | ID]
    Example
    #setchannel #prison

Without a channel it shows what is set now. With a channel, pick the type within 30 seconds; picking the same channel again removes it.

  • #setpadmin

Who can use it: Owners only

Turns on or off: only the person who gave a punishment can lift it.

    Usage
    #setpadmin
    Example
    #setpadmin

✅ means on, ☑️ means off. You can also change this in #settings.

  • #pallow

Who can use it: Owners only

Allows a member or role to lift a punishment type, even if someone else gave it.

    Usage
    #pallow <@member | @role | ID>
    Example
    #pallow @SeniorMods

Pick the type within 30 seconds: prison, blacklist, mute, voice mute or block. Running it again for the same type removes the permission. See the list with #plist.

    Usage
    #plist
    Example

    Usage
    #setrole [@role | ID]

    Usage
    #setnprefix
    Example

Adds or removes an extra owner of the bot in this server.

    Usage
    #setowner <@member | ID>
    Example
    #setowner @Ahmed

Owners are the server owner, the subscription owner, and extra owners added here. Owners can use every owner-only command, so add only people you trust.

  • #owners

Who can use it: Owners only

Lists the extra owners added with #setowner.

    Usage
    #owners
    Example
    #owners

    Usage
    #setbanner <image link | attach image>

Dashboard guides

What each dashboard page does and how to set it up.

Overview

How your server is doing today, and how it changed over time.

What's on this page

  • Today's numbers: Joined today, Left today, Net change today and Messages today.
  • Joins and leaves chart: members who joined and left.
  • Messages chart: messages sent per day.
  • Period picker: Any, This Month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 60 days.

How to set it up

  1. Open Overview from the sidebar.
  2. Pick a period from the Period menu.
  3. Read the charts. Each chart also shows the totals for the period.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting data on a new server. The charts fill up as members join and chat.
  • Looking for settings here. This page only shows numbers and changes nothing.

Quick Setup

Turn the main bot modules on or off in one place.

What's on this page

  • On/off switches for Auto-Moderation, Welcomer, Auto-Roles and Protection.
  • Commands is marked Coming Soon and can't be switched yet.
  • Configure Module opens the full settings page for that module.

How to set it up

  1. Open Quick Setup.
  2. Turn on the modules you want. Each switch saves right away.
  3. Press Configure Module to set up each module on its own page.

Common mistakes

  • Setting up the Protection page while the Protection switch here is off. With it off, protection limits don't act at all.
  • Turning a module off here and expecting its page settings to keep working.

Bot Personalizer

Give your bot its own name, picture, prefix, status and reply language.

What's on this page

  • Bot Avatar and Bot Banner: upload the bot's profile picture and banner.
  • Bot Name and Bot Prefix: the name members see and the prefix they type before commands.
  • Status: Online, Idle, Do Not Disturb or Invisible.
  • Activity type and text: Playing, Streaming, Watching or Listening to.
  • Language: the language the bot replies in (Arabic or English).

How to set it up

  1. Upload an avatar and banner if you want.
  2. Write the bot name and the prefix.
  3. Pick the status, activity and language.
  4. Press Update.

Common mistakes

  • Leaving the page without pressing Update. Nothing is saved until you do.
  • Changing the prefix and forgetting it. Mention the bot instead, for example @bot commands, or check this page.
  • Changing the name or avatar many times in a row. Discord limits how often a bot can change these, so wait and try again if it fails.

Bot Commands

Turn commands on or off and choose who can use them, where, and with which shortcuts.

What's on this page

  • Search by name and filter by category.
  • On/off switch for each command. It saves right away.
  • Who can use it: Aliases (extra names), Allowed user IDs and Allowed roles.
  • Where it works: Enabled channels and Only in the channels above.
  • Delete the command message after 5s.
  • Ready-made reasons for some moderation commands. Each reason can be Permanent or Timed (Minutes, Hours, Days or Weeks).

How to set it up

  1. Find the command with search or the category filter.
  2. Open its settings.
  3. Add allowed users or roles, channels, aliases or reasons.
  4. Press Save command.

Common mistakes

  • Turning a command off and forgetting. A disabled command does nothing and shows no error.
  • Picking Enabled channels without turning on Only in the channels above. The channel list only applies when that switch is on.
  • Typing an alias with the prefix. Aliases you add here are typed on their own, without #.
  • Leaving a reason empty, or a Timed reason with no amount. The command won't save until every reason is filled in.

Server Settings

Pick the channels and roles the bot uses for punishments, and who is allowed to lift them.

What's on this page

  • Set Channels: Jail channel and room, New channel and room, BlackList channel and room, TextMute channel and the Archive category.
  • Set Roles: Picture, Here, Live, Jail, Black and Text Mute roles.
  • Limits: for Prison, Mute, VMute, Block and Black, the roles and user IDs that can lift the punishment even if they didn't give it.
  • Other: Allow Move (move members between voice rooms without asking) and Only the punisher can lift it.

How to set it up

  1. Pick the jail, new, blacklist and mute channels.
  2. Pick one role for each command under Set Roles.
  3. Under Limits, add the staff roles or IDs that may lift each punishment.
  4. Turn on the Other options you want.
  5. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Common mistakes

  • Picking roles that sit above the bot's role. The bot can't give or remove them.
  • Turning on Only the punisher can lift it with nobody in Limits. If the punisher leaves, no one else can lift it.

Protection

Stop raids and rogue staff: set limits on risky actions and choose what the bot does when someone goes over them.

What's on this page

  • Trust List: user IDs that protection skips. The server owner is always skipped too.
  • New Accounts: on/off, Type (Ban, Prison or Add Role), the role to add, and Account Age (Days). Accounts younger than this many days are handled.
  • Limits for Ban Members, Kick Members, Create Channel, Delete Channel, Create Roles and Delete Roles. Each has a Limit and an Action.
  • Actions: Ban, Kick, Timeout (removes the member's admin roles and gives a 1-day timeout), Remove Roles (removes the member's admin roles) and Remove role permissions (strips admin permissions from the member's roles). Bots that break a limit always get Remove role permissions.
  • Command Limits tab: limits for the ban, kick, prison, vmute, mute and role commands, with Count Only or With Time (minutes), a Penalty and Auto Undo.
  • Extra Settings tab: Maximum Protection, Bots Protection, Anti Create, Webhook Protection, Permissions Protection, Name Change Protection, Avatar Change Protection and Anti Join System.
  • Maximum Protection: after someone goes over a limit, moderation and role commands show 🔒 and any further risky action is punished right away, until a member with Administrator types #restore.

How to set it up

  1. Make sure Protection is on in Quick Setup.
  2. Add the IDs of people you fully trust to the Trust List, separated by commas.
  3. In General Protection, set a limit and an action for each risky action.
  4. Turn on the extra protections you want in Extra Settings.
  5. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Common mistakes

  • Entering the account age in hours or minutes. It is in days: 7 means accounts younger than 7 days.
  • Adding many people to the Trust List. Trusted members are never stopped.
  • Leaving the bot's role low. Roles above the bot's role can't be removed.
  • Forgetting #restore. It gives back the roles and permissions protection took away and unlocks 🔒 commands.

Whitelist

Choose who can open and change this server's dashboard.

What's on this page

  • Dashboard access list switch. Off: every server admin can use this dashboard. On: only the server owner and the listed user IDs can open it, even if other people are admins.
  • Allowed users: user IDs, separated by commas.

How to set it up

  1. If you are not the server owner, add your own user ID first.
  2. Add the IDs of the people who should manage the dashboard.
  3. Turn on Dashboard access list.
  4. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Common mistakes

  • Turning it on without your own ID when you're not the owner. You lock yourself out.
  • Using it to control bot commands. It only controls the dashboard. Use #allow or the Bot Commands page for commands.

Auto Moderation

Let the bot catch spam, bad words, unwanted links and more, and decide what happens to members who break the rules.

What's on this page

  • Rules with on/off switches: Spam (5 messages / 5 sec), Bad words, Duplicated text, Repeated messages, Discord invites, Links, Spammed caps (70%+), Emoji spam, Mass mention and Long message.
  • Configure per rule: disabled channels and roles, allowed channels and roles, and rule settings (bad words list, whitelist and blacklist links, or max length 50 to 1000).
  • Punishments: Timeout member or Mute member (one of them), with a duration in Minutes, Hours, Days or Weeks.
  • Message action: Delete message or Block message (one of them). Block message isn't available for Spam, Duplicated text, Repeated messages and Spammed caps.
  • Channel & role filters: skip channels, skip roles, images-only channels and links-only channels.

How to set it up

  1. Turn on a rule.
  2. Press Configure.
  3. Pick where it is off, add words or links if needed, and choose the punishments.
  4. Press Save changes.
  5. Set the Channel & role filters and press Save under them.

Common mistakes

  • Looking for a "match part of a word" option. It isn't available, so add each form of a word you want caught.
  • Changing the filters and leaving without pressing their own Save button.
  • Picking Block message and then looking for the allowed lists. They are hidden while Block message is on.

Collections

Protect important roles: only allowed people can give them or take them away.

What's on this page

  • Add Collection: a name and whether it is Removable.
  • Forbidden Roles: the protected roles in this collection.
  • Allowed Roles and Allowed Members: who may give or remove these roles.
  • If someone not allowed gives a protected role, the bot takes it back. If the collection isn't removable and someone not allowed removes the role, the bot gives it back.
  • The server owner and members on the protection Trust List are skipped.

How to set it up

  1. Press Add Collection, write a name and choose Removable or not.
  2. Press Edit on the collection.
  3. Pick the forbidden roles and the allowed roles, and add allowed member IDs.
  4. Press Save Changes.

Common mistakes

  • Not adding your staff role to Allowed Roles. The bot then undoes your own staff's role changes.
  • Protecting roles that sit above the bot's role. The bot can't remove or give them back.

Server Logs

Choose the channel where each type of log is posted.

What's on this page

  • Log types grouped by category, with the channel each one posts to.
  • Search box to find a log type.
  • Manage: pick a text channel for that log.

How to set it up

  1. Find the log type.
  2. Press Manage.
  3. Pick a text channel and press Save Changes.

Common mistakes

  • Picking a channel the bot can't see or send in. The logs never arrive.
  • Running #lremove by mistake. It deletes all log channels. #lsetup creates them all again.

Punishments Log

See and manage punishment records in your server.

What's on this page

  • Tabs: All, Ban, Prison, Mute, V-Mute, Blacklist and Block.
  • Search by username or record ID.
  • Table with the user, action, who gave it, time left and when it was given.
  • Delete a record. Records are shown 10 per page.

How to set it up

  1. Pick a tab.
  2. Search for the member.
  3. Delete a record if it was a mistake.

Common mistakes

  • Searching for someone on another page. Search and tabs only look at the page you're on, so go through the pages.
  • Expecting this page to lift the punishment in Discord. Use the matching command, such as #unmute, #unprison or #unban.
  • Wanting to clear a member's warnings, mutes, prison and records here. Use #reset @member, pick from the menu, then press Yes within 15 seconds. Without a member, it resets everyone.

Welcomer Settings

Greet new members with a message, an embed, a custom image, or all three.

What's on this page

  • Welcome channel and Send the message together with the embed or image.
  • Welcome message: plain text. [user] mentions the new member and [inviter] mentions who invited them.
  • Welcome embed: title, description, colour and images, with the member's avatar as thumbnail if you want. Placeholders like [username], [invites], [servername] and [membercount] work here.
  • Welcome image: background (image or transparent, PNG/JPG/GIF up to 10 MB), avatar, name and text you drag on the preview.
  • Settings tab: show or hide avatar, username and text, Repeat welcome and Welcome DM.

How to set it up

  1. Pick the welcome channel.
  2. Turn on the message, embed or image you want.
  3. Write the text and place the image parts on the preview.
  4. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Common mistakes

  • Writing placeholders with different brackets or spelling. Use them exactly as shown, like [user].
  • Leaving Welcomer off in Quick Setup.

How to set it up

  1. Pick the members role.
  2. Pick the bots role if you want one.
  3. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Common mistakes

Let members pick up roles by reacting to a message with an emoji.

What's on this page

  • Add reaction role: Message ID, the message's channel, the role and the emoji.
  • Edit: only the role can be changed.
  • Delete, search by role or message ID, and list or card view.

How to set it up

  2. Press Add reaction role.
  3. Paste the message ID, choose its channel, the role and the emoji.
  4. Save it.

Common mistakes

  • Choosing a channel that isn't the message's channel.
  • Trying to change the emoji or message. Delete the reaction role and add a new one.
  • Using a role above the bot's role. The bot can't give it.

Embed Messages

Build embed messages, send them to a channel and add buttons people can click.

What's on this page

  • Add New Embed Message: a name, the channel, and the embed editor (message text, colour, author, title, description, fields, thumbnail, large image and footer).

  • Buttons: label, style (Blue, Grey, Green, Red or Link), and a link or a reply the bot sends when clicked.

How to set it up

  1. Press Add New Embed Message.
  2. Write a name and pick the channel.
  3. Fill in the embed and save it. The bot posts it in the channel.
  4. To add buttons, open the message's buttons, add them, then press Update all buttons.

Common mistakes

  • Picking the Link style without a link.
  • Adding buttons and leaving without pressing Update all buttons.

How to set it up

  1. Turn on System Status.
  2. Press Add New Auto Reply.
  3. Write the trigger text and the reply.
  4. Pick channels and roles if needed, then press Save changes.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting a reply when the trigger is only part of a message. The whole message must match the trigger exactly.
  • Adding several replies without turning on Random Replies. Only the first reply is used.
  • Turning on both Auto-delete Trigger and Auto-delete Reply. The page doesn't allow both.

Auto Control

Let the bot handle routine chat jobs: react to messages, post separator lines, reply after deletes and clean channels on a timer.

What's on this page

  • Auto reactions: the bot reacts with your emoji to every new message in the chosen channels.
  • Auto separator line: after each message, the bot posts your line image.
  • Auto send after delete: the bot deletes new messages, then sends your message or image. Delete only members' messages leaves bot messages.

How to set it up

  1. Turn on the section you want.
  2. Press Add channel and pick the channel.
  3. Pick the emoji, upload the image, write the message or set the time.
  4. Press Save in the bar at the bottom.

Common mistakes

  • Writing the time without a unit. Use 30m or 2h.
  • Turning on Auto send after delete in a normal chat. Every new message there gets deleted.

How to set it up

  1. Press Create New.
  2. Choose the type.
  3. Write the name and tap variables to add them, for example Members: [MembersCount].

  • Feature Status: on or off.
  • The voice channel to rename.
  • Plus Value: an extra number added to the real count.

Troubleshooting

The bot doesn't respond, or something doesn't work? Check these first.

The bot doesn't respond to any command

How to fix it

  • Check the prefix on the dashboard's Bot Settings page.
  • Or mention the bot instead of the prefix, for example @bot commands.
  • Make sure the bot can see the channel and send messages in it.

Owner-only commands do nothing

How to fix it

  • Owner-only commands silently do nothing for non-owners.
  • Owners are the server owner, the subscription owner and extra owners.
  • Ask an owner to add you with #setowner @you. Check the list with #owners.

A moderation command does nothing for me

How to fix it

  • You need to be on that command's allow list, or have Administrator.
  • An owner can add you with #allow @you (or your role) and pick the command.
  • Or add you under Who can use it on the Bot Commands page.

A command works in one channel but not another, or not at all

How to fix it

  • Open the Bot Commands page and find the command.
  • Make sure its switch is on. A disabled command does nothing.
  • If Only in the channels above is on, the command only works in its Enabled channels.

The bot can't ban, mute, prison or give a role

How to fix it

  • Give the bot's role Administrator.
  • Move the bot's role to the top of the role list. It can only manage roles and members below its own role.

Moderation and role commands only react with 🔒

How to fix it

  • Maximum Protection is on and someone went over a protection limit, so these commands are locked.
  • A member with Administrator types #restore. It gives back the roles and permissions protection removed and unlocks the commands.

The bot stopped working completely

How to fix it

  • Check that your subscription hasn't expired.
  • Check that the bot is in the server the subscription is for. It doesn't work in other servers.

The reason menu disappeared before I picked

How to fix it

  • Reason menus close after 15 seconds.
  • Only the person who ran the command can pick from the menu.
  • Run the command again and pick faster.

A shortcut (alias) I added doesn't work

How to fix it

  • Aliases added on the Bot Commands page are typed on their own, without the prefix.
  • To use moderation and role commands without the prefix, an owner can type #setnprefix. Type it again to turn it off.

Voice room chats aren't being cleared

How to fix it

  • Type #settings (or #اعدادات).
  • Pick مسح شات الروم to turn clearing on.
  • Pick اضافة/ازالة كاتوقري مسح شات الروم and send the category. Voice rooms in that category get their chat cleared.
  • Pick مدة مسح شات الروم to set how often, like 2h. The default is 2 hours, and more than 2 days isn't used.

Protection didn't stop someone

How to fix it

  • Make sure Protection is on in Quick Setup.
  • The server owner and members on the Trust List are never stopped.
  • Roles above the bot's role can't be removed, so keep the bot's role at the top.

An auto reply doesn't answer

How to fix it

  • Turn on System Status on the Auto Reply page, and the reply's own switch.
  • The whole message must match the trigger text exactly.
  • Check the reply's enabled and disabled channels and roles.
