By using our Discord bot, you agree to the following terms.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions unlock premium features.
• Plans may be recurring or one-time, depending on the setup.
• Refunds are generally not available but may be considered.

Fair Use & Restrictions

• You may not abuse or exploit the bot.
• You may not use it for illegal, spammy, or disruptive behavior.
• Access may be revoked if terms are violated.

Uptime and Availability

• We strive for high availability, but downtime may occur.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.

Liability Disclaimer

• The bot is provided "as is".
• We are not liable for losses or damages from bot usage.

Additional Service Terms

• Payment must be made upfront before starting any work.
• No free services are provided.
• Once payment is made, the service cannot be canceled.
• Subscriptions cannot be exchanged or replaced after delivery.
• We are not responsible for any payment-related issues.
• We are not responsible for transferring subscriptions to another person.
• Orders are typically delivered within 10 minutes to 7 hours maximum.
• Support is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight.
• Bot setup and configuration are the client’s responsibility.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
